HOW TO MAKE AN EMBUTIDO (FILIPINO STYLE)
Ingredients:
- 500g ground pork
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup minced carrots
- 2 tbsp minced onions
- 3 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup raisins
Filling:
- luncheon meat
Cooking time:
- 160C for 30mins
Notes:
- Preheat air fryer at 160C for 5 mins
- Just to make sure for the taste, you can fry a little amount of the embutido mixtures before wrapping. You may adjust the taste based on your preference,
- Cooking time may vary depend on the size of the embutido.
