AIR FRYER RECIPE : AIR FRY HEALTHY GRANOLA BARS / SUGAR-FREE GRANOLA BARS / AIFRYER RECIPES / SNACKS

 

HEALTHY GRANOLA BARS 

Simple, easy, yet perfect healthy and delicious snack loaded with dried fruits and nuts. 
 

Ingredients: 

DRY: 
- 1 ½ CUP ROLLED OATS 
- 150G (1 CUP MIXED NUTS AND DRIED FRUITS) 
** almonds, pecans, peanuts, cashew nuts, raisins, berries 
** can choose any of your favorite nuts and dried fruits 
- 25g (2 tbsp) pumpkin seeds 
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional) 
- pinch of salt 
 
WET: 
- 1/4 cup coconut cooking oil 
- 1/2 cup honey 
- vanilla extract (optional) 
 

Cooking Time: 

Airfryer: 
160deg for 20-25mins or until golden brown
 

Notes: 

-preheat air fryer at 160deg for 5 mins 
-cool it down completely before slicing 
-these ingredients may yield 12-14 bars 
-for chewy granola bars, keep it in an airtight container at room temperature. May last up to 6-7 days.
