HOW TO MAKE FRESH LUMPIA (LUMPIANG SARIWA) 

Fresh Lumpia or Lumpiang Sariwa is a Filipino dish, consisting of stir fried vegetables and meat, wrap with egg wrappers. The sauce, which is sweet and thick, made the fresh lumpia more interesting and delicious. With my recipe, I added shrimps and tofu as additional fillings and for the sauce, I added peanut butter to make it more flavorful and the ground nuts enhanced the nutty flavor. For those who are on diet, you can omit the ground pork, since this dish already have tofu. You can also add sweet potato.

Note: 

-To avoid the breakout of the wrapper, it should be thin and hold it gently. 
-For the fillings, let it cool down completely, and try to drain the sauce of the fillings.
