AIR FRYER RECIPE : AIR FRY POTATO SOUFFLE / EASY RECIPE


 

AIR FRY POTATO SOUFFLE 

 
Creamy, fluffy and delicious potato souffle that are great for breakfast and snacks. 
 

Ingredients: 

- 3/4 cup mashed potato 
- 2 eggs (separate yolks and egg whites) 
- 1/4 cup cheese (cheddar and mozzarella) 
- 1 tbsp spring onion 
- 1/8 tsp salt 
- 1/8 tsp black pepper 
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese 
- 3 tbsp milk 
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter 
 

Garnishing: 

- grated cheese (cheddar and mozzarella) 
- paprika 
- Parmesan cheese 
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice 
- breadcrumbs -butter 
 

Cooking Time: 

Airfryer :
160deg for 20 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean 
 

Notes: 

-I preheated my air fryer for 5 mins at 160deg 
-gently fold in the whipped egg to the potato mixtures. don’t overmix 
-do not open the air fryer basket before 20 mins. This is to prevent souffle from collapsing
