MANGO OATMEAL BARS
Delicious, creamy mango bars with crumbled oatmeal on top that are so
easy to make at home..
Ingredients:
CRUST:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
FILLING:
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp fresh mango puree
- 1 /2 cup (initial mix) condensed milk
** + 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vanilla extract
Cooking time:
Airfryer:
160deg for 20 mins
Notes:
-preheat air fryer at 160deg for 5 mins
-after mixing all the filling ingredients, give it a taste. Add more
condensed milk if you like it extra sweet. Because some mangoes are
sweet while some are not.
-Refrigerate the mango bar for at least 4 hours or overnight for
perfectly nice and neat slices.
-keep the bars in an airtight container and last for 4-5 days in the
fridge.
