How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken cordon bleu is a pounded chicken breast stuffed with ham and
cheese, dredged with egg and breadcrumbs. Butterflying and pounding the
meat is a way of tenderizing the muscle fibers of the chicken. It will
make the chicken tastier and juicier. With my recipe, I chilled the
chicken before frying it because I wanted it to keep it in shape. I pan
fry the chicken first, before roasting it in airfryer/oven, which adds
to the crispiness of the chicken but juicy and tender inside. I also
made cheesy and creamy dipping sauce, to make it more flavorful.Anyway,
this dish is just for your guidance guys.. The outcome is always depend
on your taste. Because we all have different styles of cooking and

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sandwich ham
- Creamcheese or butter
Paprika
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
Cooking Time :
Airfryer: 160 for 10 mins
180 for 6 mins or until golden brown
Oven: 180deg for 20-25mins until golden brown
