Hamburger is an all-time favorite, consisting of ground beef, cooked in either pan or grill and garnish with some vegetables and sauce. In my version, I did not add any condiments, flavors, or binders in my patties, because I do not like empowering the flavor of the beef. After shaping my patties, I chilled it for at least 30 minutes, to keep them in shaped when cooking. After chilling, I thaw it for 10 minutes. Before grilling, I seasoned the patties with salt and pepper. Doing that process can guarantee nice and juicy patties. Anyway, I grilled my patties with my nonstick pan, grilled it for 5 minutes each sides for a medium patties. Here is the guide for patties temperature and time:
