APPLE PEACH BREAD PIE
A simple and easy recipe yet delicious snacks. Try this at home and
everybody will love it.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- Sliced bread
Filling:
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup diced peaches
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup peach syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- lemon zest
Garnish:
- melted butter
- brown sugar
- whole egg (sealing the edges of the bread)
Cooking Time:
Air fryer:
180deg for 10-13mins
Notes:
-I don’t preheat my air fryer
-please check the bread pie after 10 mins. This is to check the color of
the pie
-I used peach in can with light syrup
-since we’ll be using the peach syrup, I suggest to give the filling a
taste before adding sugar. Fruits in can loads with sugar.
-If using diced apples alone, you may replace the syrup with water then
add sugar according to your taste.
