HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY SALAD WRAPS 

Tortilla Wraps are almost similar with bread, the only difference is that, they are flat. In terms of energy content, one wrap is same as two slices of bread. So if you are on diet, look for wraps that are trans-free and contain whole wheat. Since I love salad, I just thought of upgrading my salad, and combining it with the wraps. In my recipe, to make it healthier, I added some vegetables, boneless chicken, and salad dressings that made of olive oil and lemon. The light mayo and cream cheese with different herbs, gives more flavorful taste in the salad wraps. So watch and try it.   

NOTE: 

-For the chicken, sprinkle it with salt, black pepper and dried parsley before pan grilling. 
-Keep the salad dressings in the fridge and will last up to 3 days. 
-After reheating the tortilla wraps, cover it with damp paper towel to keep it moist while preparing the salad fillings.
