Tom Saap is a Thai dish. A hot and spicy pork ribs soup with a blend of
sweet, salty, and sour taste. The broth filled with strong flavor of
fresh galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. With my version, I
pre boiled my pork ribs to get rid dirt and excess fats, and to have
clear and clean broth once cooked.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kl pork ribs
- Galanggal
- Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Cilantro
- Lemongrass Stalks
- Corriander
- Chili (2 pcs)
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Palm Sugar
- 4 pcs Cherry Tomatoes
- Onions
- 1/4 tsp salt (depend on your taste)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 3 or 4 tbsp lime juice
- 6 cups of water
