Airfried Potato Dinner Rolls


AIR FRIED POTATO DINNER ROLLS

Turn your left-over mashed potato into soft and fluffy bread rolls. Mashed potato added moisture to the dough and resulted into airy and soft bread. 
 

Ingredients: 

- 1 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (you can also use instant dry yeast) 
- 1 tsp sugar
- 80g warm milk
- 250g bread flour 
- 45g powdered sugar 
- 40g powdered milk 
- 30g vegetable oil 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 60g finely mashed potato
 

Egg wash: 

-1 tbsp milk and 1 egg yolk 
 

Cooking Time: 

Air fryer: 
140C for 15mins 
 

Notes:

-Pre heat air fryer at 140C for 5 mins. 
-each dinner rolls weigh 40-43g 
-yield of 16 dinner rolls 
-cover the dough while shaping to prevent from drying out 
-to make mashed potato, boil potato until tender, then mash using fork or food processor.
