How To Make Baked Sushi Baked
Sushi is another version of sushi roll. A sushi that you don’t have to roll the rice and other ingredients, but instead layering it in a baking pan and bake it for a few minutes. With my version, I made two kinds of salad that have different variations and flavors and assembling it by layer. I just put small amount of sushi rice, because I wanted to make the taste more flavorful even the creaminess of all ingredients, not just the rice. Layering the salads, makes the sushi more delicious and surprising, since the two salads have different flavors. Wrapping the baked sushi with dried seaweeds add flavors too.
